The Average Wedding Costs...

If everything about my wedding could be way above average, but the cost could be even a little bit below average that would be fantastic. Apparently though, only 6% of couples come in under their budget... and what is the average cost of a wedding anyway?

The Knot gives the most viable definition in their Real Weddings Study. Here's a recap of their 2014 findings, with input from 16,000 brides and grooms across the U.S.

Most Popular Month to Get Married: June (15%) followed by October (14%)

Percentage of Destination Weddings: 24%

Percentage of Couples Who Were Under Budget:  6%
