This week's Bride/Babe is my super stylish younger sister, Rebecca Aiello. She got engaged on the same night as I did, and planned her Cape wedding in less than a year (to my 17 months), all while living in London and recovering from an intensive ACL and meniscus surgery. She was the happiest of brides all day, but especially on the dance floor - dips and back bends run in our genes.

Accessories by I found my dress and headband at L'Elite Bridal in Boston. I saw my dress in a magazine, and loved that the model was wearing a headband so that inspired the accessories. My earrings were by Jenny Packham and my clutch was by Kate Spade, a Christmas gift from my mother. I loved the robe I got ready in- it felt dressy and bridal and made the pictures fun. I found it at Bloomingdales, Chestnut Hill.
Health secret I tore my ACL and Meniscus skiing seven months before the wedding. It was terrible. I couldn't workout until June. Once I could, I went right back to running and boxing, my usual workouts. I found running the week of the wedding to be the most helpful in relieving some of the natural wedding jitters.
Beauty secret I went easier on my workouts this week (lighter runs) and increased fluids with lemon, cucumber, and watermelon. Sleep was huge!

Greatest moment of the night Oh boy, I don't think there was just one moment but walking out of the Church as husband and wife definitely stands out. The entire day and night were so incredible. Sharing a moment like that surrounded by all your closest friends and family is just so amazing!
