Bride/Babe: Sy Yang of koko's nest

Sy Yang is one of Brooklyn's most creative entrepreneurs - she took her enormous love for knitting and transformed it into the most adorable, high quality baby blanket business on the planet - koko's nest. As a bride, Sy was no less an entrepreneur: hands-on, savvy and very DIY. She indulged in one brief trip to a bridal salon and then swiftly moved onto sourcing a designer to co-create her own dress. The results were stunning!

Health secretI'm a runner and I used to love running slow, long distances, but leading up to the wedding, I had so much adrenaline to burn and no time to waste, so I did more interval training with short bursts of high intensity sprints, which calmed me down (and got me into better shape)!

Beauty secret I look best when I'm happy, and [cheese alert!] I had quite the abundance of happiness in anticipation of getting hitched to my love... if only they could bottle that up in a secret beauty potion!

Bridal Style I was going for "me" but amped up a few notches :)

Greatest moment of the night It's impossible to choose just one! I loved the feeling of walking out of the ceremony hand-in-hand with my newly minted husband. Inside, my heart was dancing the ultimate happy dance.
